Videography - Special Event

Wedding Ceremony & Reception ($8951)

After their wedding, more than 1/2 of the brides who didn't have a videographer regret not doing so.

With things like youtube, facebook video clips and video phones, this is truly the video age.  Pictures may remind you of your event, but video makes you feel like you are back at that big day!

Let us give you moving memories of your special occasion. Our videographers have multiple years of experience working with weddings (as well as other events).  Better still, our price point is much less than you would normally expect to pay, and if you bundle a videography package with one of our other services (DJ, Coordinator, A-V Rental), you can save even more.

Sure, you could have a family member or friend video tape the event, but why torture them like that!  This is a difficult and time consuming activity (when you do it right).  If they are doing a good job, they won't be able to celebrate with you at all...and is that what you really want?  Plus, shooting the wedding isn't even half of the job.  The real work comes after the event when all of the editing takes place.  Given our very attractive price, why not leave it to us?

2Natural Sound means that the sound recorded is what reaches the camera's built-in microphone.  In other words, the quality of what you hear on the final DVD will depend on the sound system you are using to project sound throughout your event site.  For example, if you don't have a P.A. (Public Address System) and are in a large church, outside near a road or maybe near a stream or waterfall, it is likely that the minister will be recorded lightly and the bride and groom will be faint or not heard at all.  This is neither good nor bad...it is a choice.  Some people like natural sound...what's recorded is what was actually heard at the event.  Others want the sound to be easily heard and more prominent.  If this appeals to you, consider adding our Microphone Package below.

3Your DVDs will be completed in the industry standard time frame of approximately 6 to 8 weeks following your event.

Options

Secondary non-staffed/fixed camera for ceremony ($150)
Adds variety to the final edited product utilizing additional angles and transitions.

Helpful Tip:  This camera is usually placed either in the right rear corner of the dais aimed toward the bride, groom and minister (you will see his or her back) OR the front right corner near the last groomsman aimed in the same direction.  In either case, it is extremely important that participants "hit their mark."  An out of position groomsman can make anything shot from this camera unusable.

Microphone Package ($79)
Adds a lapel microphone, directional microphone and microphone mixer to capture your vows in addition to natural sound.

Helpful Tip:  For best sound, the lapel microphone should be placed on the GROOM.  This covers the groom (he has the lapel), you the bride (because you are facing him and the microphone), and the minister (most of whom project well and will face the two of you.
