Your Event... Uniquely You!

This is where the event of your dreams begins!  Every event is customized to the specifications of our clients.  One way we are able to do this is by providing online planning forms for our customer’s use.  Once you make your reservation, you will be given access to our password protected client area.  (Go there now by clicking on "Online Planning Forms" here or in the Quick Links section to the left.)  From here, you will be able to access our exclusive planning forms from any location where you have internet access…no more carrying around large books, pamphlets or loose papers that can be easily lost! 

 

And, by exclusive, we mean that we have drawn upon years of experience to create a planning process and planning forms that will cover your special event from start to finish.  Need suggestions for a Mother-Son dance?  How about music for a memory candle lighting ceremony? Simply click on the drop down box located within your planner to find excellent solutions.

 

Don’t know how to create a time line that will allow your event to flow properly?  If you have chosen our DJ Service, one of our on-staff coordinators will create a time line for you during a one hour complimentary consultation about 6-8 weeks prior to the event date.  And, you will meet your DJ in-person during another complimentary consultation that takes place about 4 weeks prior to your event.  For even more assistance, we can provide a Day-Of-Coordinator so you can enjoy your event instead of working at it. 

 

Since each event has different requirements, it makes sense that each event also utilizes different tools.  We’ll create a custom “Dashboard” for you that will become your central planning area.  From here you will be able to access your Planner, make Music Requests, enter a Payment, Refer friends, family and co-workers, Shop in our Party Favor or Wedding Store and view the music your Guests are requesting.  And, you should never hesitate to get in touch if you are unsure about how to fill out your planner or music requests, or you just want to know how things are “usually” done.
